Fort Stevens Apartments

Fort Stevens is a substantial renovation of a 59-unit apartment building built in the 1950’s.

The building is three stories with two unconnected basements containing building services and utilities. MFA’sscope of work consists of providing new kitchens, bathrooms, HVAC, comprehensive plumbing and electrical upgrades, a cool roof, energy efficient windows, and resilient low emitting finishes. The design complies with Green Communities 2015 Standards.
