The 227-unit affordable Marlborough Apartments are housed in a beautiful, turn of the 20th century building. The Owner brought Miner Feinstein Architects on to help upgrade the building while retaining the beauty of the structure, giving the residents a safe and functional place to call home.

Using 4% CDA bond funding, the property has undergone a substantial renovation that has upgraded the building systems, finishes and provided several additional amenity spaces to improve the quality of life for the residents of the building. This project was partially completed with residents-in-place, relocating a portion of the residents off-site.
