Hunters Woods Fellowship House

Hunters Woods is a high-rise senior affordable housing building built in 1977. The 224 units are made up of 172 one-bedroom “A” units, 50 one-bedroom “B” units, and 2 two-bedroom units. The property has common space on the first floor, including offices for staff.

The building is completed construction in a two-phase renovation. The first phase consists of making accessibility adjustments to the common areas and dwelling units as well as replacing building systems that have reached the end of their useful life. The second phase consists of a more substantial update to the common areas, including the reconfiguration of spaces in order to make them flexible and adaptable for the needs of the residents now and into the future.

The building provides the residents with a place to call home that is configured with modern amenities including more energy efficient equipment, set up to accommodate residents with disabilities while incorporating durable and beautiful finishes that provides the building with a strong foundation moving towards the future.
