Alexander House

Miner Feinstein Architects was contracted to provide all of the interior corridor and dwelling unit renovation design services for the Alexander House Apartments in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Working in conjunctionwith KGD Architects and their consultants, MFA worked closely with the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County to provide a modern, efficient apartment building that provides all the amenities and conveniences of new apartment buildings being erected in the area, ensuring housing options for Montgomery County residents. The building serves both the affordable community as well as a large percentage of market rate renters that have a plethora of local housing options.
