Miner Feinstein Architects was selected to provide a substantial rehabilitation to the five-story building that was built in the 1950’s. The general scope of the renovation focuses on system replacements, finishes, and energy efficiency upgrades.

Other modifications include the creation of three Barrier Free dwelling units and two Visual & Hearing-Impaired dwelling units for disabled residents, as well as a new Leasing Center for two to three full-time staff members, including a Resident Business Center with kitchenette and restroom. All common areas will be reconfigured as necessary to comply with today’s accessibility standards. The front entrance will receive accessible exterior and interior ramps as well as modified handicapped parking.
