Miner Feinstein performed a gut renovation of the Liz Donohoe House, currently two identical buildings consisting of 15 dwelling units each.
The scope of work consisted of providing an addition to each building adding a new level, an expansion of the basement for community spaces and offices, and a link an elevator that turns the two buildings into one.
The interiors of the buildings were completely reconfigured to turn the 30 dwelling units into 37. The building complies with the Enterprise Green Communities Criteria and the design was approved by the Commission on Fine Arts in the District of Columbia.
