Foundry Square

Miner Feinstein Architects was selected by Foundry Square to provide Interior Design selections including new finishes, furniture, and artwork for the community areas of the building and lobbies.

This included the Senior Building’s Main Lobby, Office, Community Room, Fitness Room, Gathering Room, and Sitting Rooms; the Moose Lodge’s Lobbies, Reception, Offices, Computer Room, Lounge, Community Room, Leasing Office, Corridors, Fitness Room, and Playroom; and the Lobby of the Family Service Center.

Foundry Square, located in historic downtown Frederick, was designed by architectural firm Studio 343 and includes a mix of newly constructed Senior and Multi-Family units and facilities and the adaptive re-use of renovated historic buildings. The project provides 152 intergenerational apartment homes. Foundry Square was awarded the 2024 Innovation Award by the Maryland Affordable Housing Coalition.
