Our specialty lies in renovations and new construction of multi-family housing, but that’s not our end all, be all. We love new opportunities and are well versed with other building types as well.

Our Services

At MFA, when we say “full service,” we mean full service. We help define the scope, explore the best construction means and methods to achieve success (resident-in-place, etc.), and realistically discuss what the project may cost to construct.

We then provide a comprehensive scope of work and budget estimate, broken out in easy-to-understand divisions, to every Developer we work with. That keeps everyone involved on task and on budget.

We are licensed in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
